Phils Kim
He graduated from the Pre-Medicine Program at Korea University and served as an adjunct associate professor at Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine. He holds the rare distinction of having earned doctorates in both law and medical ethics. He currently serves as the Chair of the Legal Committee of the Korean Hospital Association and Vice Chair of the Legal Committee of the Korean Orthopedic Association. He has been recognized for his contributions with the Fire Safety Citizen Award and the Minister of Health and Welfare Award.
