CEO, Jeil L Trading & Co., Ltd.

Sung Koo Lew

In July 2014, Mr. Sung Koo Lew founded Jeil L Trading & Co., a comprehensive trading company based in Seoul. Since its establishment, the company has been sourcing and distributing a wide range of products—including K-Beauty and lifestyle goods—to markets in Hong Kong, the Middle East, Asia, Europe/Russia, and Canada.

He previously worked for 17 years at LG Electronics, where he led overseas marketing and sales for LG mobile phones across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He also worked at Kohap Group (now Lotte Chemical), where he was responsible for reviewing international business ventures.

In addition, he joined the acquisition team of BASF Magnetics GmbH in Germany, where he handled the full practical process of M&A and resale of overseas sales operations.

Earlier in his career, he was in charge of strategic planning at Dacom Corporation (now LG Uplus), and handled stock and bond sales at Korea Investment Trust Management Company.
